Jane and I were buddies until she died. In those final days, I was texting her pictures of us from our yearbooks; which we both found immensely funny and cute. It was special to be able to pass that time exchanging memories about our days at SSHS and beyond. We often met up at Sandy Miller Hall's house in the last few decades and talked for hours in Sandy's warm kitchen. She is missed.
